Fuzan Hirano's "Yokozuna Ushi" is on display here.
The subject is bullfighting, which has a long history on the island of Uwajima in Ehime Prefecture. Rankings are issued on New Year's every year, and the cows named Yokozuna enter the ring wearing banners with their names on them (called "nobori").
The practice was banned once in the final days of the Shogunate, once in the Taisho period, and once on the order the occupation forces in 1947, but it is regaining its popularity now.
