A Tsukudani specialty shop which opened in 1923.
Cooked using traditional cooking methods until caramel brown, the taste of the tsukudani has remained unchanged since the opening of the shop. You can enjoy the deliciousness of the natural taste of fresh seafood such as goby, deep-water shrimp and short-necked clams, as well as vegetables. The unagi yamatoni (eel boiled with soy sauce, sugar and ginger) which has a soft flavor is highly recommended.
