【Sculpture】Inside Arakawa Park

Seibo Kitamura's "Yume" is on display here.
Donated by the Tokyo Arakawa Lions Club to commemorate the ward's 50th anniversary. During the unveiling speech, their representative made the following comment. "This work is made from hard aluminum and is extremely durable. I hope all residents of Arakawa Ward will come to love it as a symbol for the area's continuing growth for the next 50 and 100 years."
