Selected as one of the “New Tokyo 100 Views”, this is the largest park in Arakawa City. There are artificial ponds modeled after the topography of Arakawa City, as well as a Traffic Garden where you can have fun learning traffic rules. In summer, the Japanese Rhinoceros Beetle and Great Purple Emperor Observation Garden and Waiwai Swimming Pool are opened.
