Senri Hirano's "Warabe Shoki" is on display here.
There is a character called Shoki in Noh plays, but this is a child version of him which transforms his frightening nature to cuteness. In the Tang dynasty, when Shoki took his palace examinations, he exorcised a demon appearing in the dreams of Emperor Xuan Zong, curing him of this disease and becoming a god who drives away illnesses and demons. He preserved peace by killing demons with a sword.
Everything is cut away by an innocent child's sword.
