Restaurant Yamasō

A Western-style restaurant which opened in 1954 with its roots in the local area of Shitamachi. The shop boasts its hamburg made using Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black) beef, ground and kneaded with care, which bursts with the juices of the meat when you bite into it. The secret demi-glace sauce which has been handed down for 60 years since the opening of the shop, emphasizes the umami of the wagyu.
