Matsuba Sushi

Opened 73 years ago, fresh fish is carefully prepared using traditional Edo-mae sushi techniques to bring out the full flavor of the ingredients. The lunchtime Nigiri Sushi and Chirashi Sushi are offered at great prices and are very popular. Shown in the photos are the lunches offered only on Wednesdays and Sundays (the sushi ingredients are subject to change depending on supply).
※Homemade chawan-mushi (a savory steamed-egg custard) and soup is included (the photo shows ōmori nigiri or “large serving” which is 2200 yen)
