Wild birds, butterfly dragonflies, crayfish and frogs inhabit this area, with wet plants such as reeds also growing – a place where nature remains intact. It is adjacent to the super-levee where you can look over the Sumida River, and also a famous spot for weeping cherry trees. Every year in beginning of April, the “Shidarezakura Festival” is held.
