It is also called Hanami-dera Temple and is home to Ebisu, one of the Yanaka Seven Lucky Gods. There is a brush mound of Takizawa Bakin, the author of Nanso Satomi Hakkenden, next to the main hall, where the brushes he used are held as a memorial. Also, on the right side of the main hall is the ``Nippori Ship Tsunamatsu Monument''. Funatsunagatsu is a pine tree on a hill that was used as a landmark by boatmen who were transporting cargo to Dokan Ota's fort, and is located in what is now Nishi-Nippori Park, which was the precincts of Seiun-ji Temple in the Edo period.
