【Sculpture】Higashiohku Community Center Plaza

In the Arakawa Ward, there is a sculpture by Mutsu Hagiwara entitled "16:23". This piece was created as a graduation work from the Tokyo University of the Arts in 2021 and was awarded the Sixteenth Arakawa Ward Mayor's Prize.
