The main part starts here.
Founded in June 2013, we recognized the potential of Japanese cuisine and the growing global focus on health. Washoku (traditional Japanese cuisine) was registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in December 2013, followed by traditional sake brewing in December 2024. As global demand grew and became a pillar of the Japanese government's national tourism strategy, we continued to pioneer Japanese cooking classes for international visitors—earning numerous awards from TripAdvisor, the world's largest review platform. Today, we focus on nurturing the next generation of chefs and entrepreneurs while developing new businesses to further promote Japanese food culture.
