In the Arakawa Ward, there is a sculpture entitled ""Traveler 'I Live'"" by Masaki Hirata.
This piece was created as a graduation work from the Tokyo University of the Arts in 2006 and was awarded the First Arakawa Ward Mayor's Prize.
